Corrugated sheeting with anti-condensation or anti-drone membrane
Naturally, on request you can also source from us corrugated 18/76 profile with anti-condensation or anti-drone membrane. This prevents possible damage caused by the formation of condensation between the corrugated sheeting and the wall. The membrane absorbs the moisture and releases it back into the ambient air through natural evaporation.
The anti-drone membrane minimizes noise from wind, rain or hail.
Installation instructions for corrugated sheeting as wall cladding
- The existing substructure must be checked for stability, accuracy and suitability (material compatibility) before installation.
- The profiles are laid against the primary direction of the wind.

Corrugated 18/76 profiles ideal for arched roof steel buildings
Due to the shape of the symmetrical sine waves, it is possible to bend the corrugated 18/76 sheeting through so-called cambering. This gives the sheet a custom-defined radius.
This type of deformation is used, for example, for arched roof steel buildings such as hangars or tennis arenas. The surface of the corrugated profile remains undamaged, preserving the high-quality corrosion protection of the selected coating.
Cambered aluminum 18/76 shaft
- With cambering, the corrugated sheeting is bent on a special machine to the desired specifications.
- The bending can be carried out with material thicknesses of 0.7 mm to 1.0 mm.
- The smallest radius is 2,500 mm for 0.7 mm material thickness and 2,000 mm for 1.0 mm thickness.
