Our trapezoidal 20/125 profile is characterized above all by its above-average service life. Due to its low profile, it is particularly suitable as wall or ceiling profiles indoors.
Roof elements made from trapezoidal sheeting must be thicker than roof covers made from other sheets. Thus, it also has a higher load-bearing capacity compared to corrugated profiles. However, this is always dependent on the profile thickness and the sheet thickness.
Trapezoidal sheet metal roofs are highly resistant to extreme weather conditions such as rain, hail or snow.
Discover the versatile properties and advantages of our trapezoidal 20/125 sheeting for yourself.

Even if aluminum trapezoidal sheeting is rust-free, a possible weak point can be contact corrosion: If the aluminum comes into contact with another metallic component, rust can occur (long-term loss of load-bearing capacity). That’s why high quality in terms of color coating and material processing is important.
All coatings additionally promote material properties and ensure even better resistance to weather and durability.
We produce trapezoidal sheeting in aluminum and steel and have a large stock of colors and sheet thicknesses available.
As a rule, wooden substructures are suitable for aluminum trapezoidal sheeting. The profiled sheets are attached to the structures with saddle washers. We recommend mounting with domes due to aluminum’s (thermal) expansion behavior. Standard fittings can loosen or break over time.
To ensure that the trapezoidal sheeting is also weather-resistant, you should always lay it in an overlapping manner.

Naturally, the quality of our products is important to us. The production of our trapezoidal 20/125 sheeting is subject to high quality standards and our profiled sheeting all bears the CE seal of approval. They are also certified according to DIN EN 1090-E EXC3.
Our trapezoidal 20/125 profiles are suitable for versatile applicaitons and construction projects. They can be used for roof coverings, as well as for cladding façades.
The trapezoidal sheeting has also proven itself as cladding for biogas tanks. With a thickness of 0.35 mm, it is often used as an indoor ceiling in stables.
We produce the trapezoidal 20/125 sheeting in aluminum and steel and have a large stock of colors and sheet thicknesses available.
Trapezoidal 20/125 sheeting in aluminum has also been successfully used as a ventilation ceiling in stables for years. To achieve this, the sheets are perforated in house with a slotted or round perforation, depending on the requirements. The air passage can be selected individually.
We also offer customized light panels for the aluminum trapezoidal sheeting to allow for natural daylight in sheds or stables.
We produce our trapezoidal 20/125 sheeting in aluminum or steel. Both materials have different advantages and disadvantages.
Due to the flexibility of the material and the low weight, aluminum trapezoidal sheeting is significantly easier and faster to process and assemble than steel trapezoidal sheeting. Steel sheets, in turn, are less expensive and do not expand as much with fluctuations in temperature.
